Roofman chronicles the real-life story of Jeffrey Manchester, a former U.S. Army Reserve officer turned notorious thief, known as the “Rooftop Robber.” Manchester’s crime spree began in 1998 and targeted McDonald’s restaurants across the U.S., where he drilled through roofs at night to avoid violent confrontations, executing nearly 60 robberies.
