Viola Davis And Yahya Abdul-Mateen II Team Up For ‘House Of Games’ Reimagining At Amazon MGM Studios

EGOT winner Viola Davis and Emmy Award winner Yahya Abdul-Mateen II are teaming up for a creative collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios. The two are set to star in and produce a reimagining of David Mamet’s 1987 MGM feature film ‘House of Games.’

The story follows psychiatrist Margaret Ford (Lindsay Crouse), who sets out to help her anxious patient, Mike Mancuso (Joe Mantegna), but soon finds herself drawn into the seductive world of gambling.

‘House of Games’ is currently in development at Amazon MGM Studios. Viola Davis’s JuVee Productions is co-producing the film with Julius Tennon, Melanie Clark, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s company, House Eleven10.
