The Impact Network, a Black-founded and faith-based network, has recently joined forces with Paradigm Talent Agency for comprehensive representation across all areas. This collaboration comes at an opportune time as The Impact Network embarks on a journey to produce original scripted and unscripted film and television content. With a mission to promote positive narratives and stories that resonate with the collective Black experience, the network, under the leadership of EVP Royal W. Jackson, aims to broaden its horizons by incorporating licensed, scripted, and unscripted African-American centered content. This exciting partnership with Paradigm is poised to open doors for diverse opportunities within the Hollywood community.

EVP Royal W. Jackson expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, recognizing Paradigm as a key catalyst for creating more diverse opportunities for the Black community in Hollywood. The collaboration aims to elevate Impact Network's growth as storytellers, both on and off the screen. Bishop Wayne T. Jackson, the Founder of Impact Network, also shared his excitement, emphasizing the strategic partnership with Paradigm to strengthen the network's brand and enhance its ability to serve audiences in even greater ways.

Paradigm Partner Andrew Ruf commended Impact Network for its impressive platform, reaching over 70% of U.S. homes. Recognizing the valuable and timely creative vision of Royal Jackson, he acknowledged Impact Network's potential to become a leading destination for family-friendly content within the Black community. Paradigm is eager to collaborate with Impact Network to bring this vision to life, while simultaneously amplifying diverse and impactful voices in mainstream cultural conversations.

As part of the collaboration, Impact Network will be represented across various departments within Paradigm Talent Agency. Brett Hansen from the Unscripted department, along with Nick LoPiccolo and Babacar Diene from the Content Group department, will work closely with the network. This comprehensive representation will cover licensing, distribution, original content packaging, as well as strategic talent services and affiliations.

The Impact Network has a wide broadcast reach, with coverage in over 70% of U.S. homes through cable and satellite providers such as Comcast-Xfinity, Frontier, Cox, Time Warner, Spectrum, Charter, ATT-U-verse, Verizon, Fios, Altice, DirecTV, and DISH. Furthermore, the network is actively expanding its digital presence, ensuring broader accessibility for its growing audience.

Royal W. Jackson, an accomplished media entrepreneur, brings a wealth of experience to Impact Network. His portfolio includes successful campaigns for renowned brands such as Ford, Yahoo, Levi's, and Kraft, among others. As a prolific film and television creator and producer, Jackson has developed and directed a range of scripted and unscripted content across multiple platforms. His exceptional work has been recognized with various accolades, including an ADDY Award for the Feeding America: Ad Council Public Awareness Campaign. Additionally, he has received a media grant from the Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan-Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, in collaboration with the National Association of Black Journalists, for his groundbreaking Covid In Color media initiative.
