NBC has officially ordered a pilot for a new single-camera comedy starring and executive produced by Tracy Morgan. The project reunites Morgan with his former 30 Rock collaborators, including co-showrunners Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, along with writer Sam Means.

NBC has just released a first look at the late John Amos in his final acting appearance, guest-starring in the Suits: L.A. pilot. The legendary actor, who passed away at 84, takes on a role in the new series from Suits creator Aaron Korsh. The show was greenlit in July and is set to air later this season.

NBC has recently announced the renewal of the hit comedy series, "Lopez vs. Lopez," starring George Lopez and his daughter Mayan Lopez, for a second season.
