Tubi presents "Festival of the Living Dead," an upcoming horror film inspired by George A. Romero's iconic zombie classic, Night of the Living Dead. This thrilling production, directed by the talented duo Jen and Sylvia Soska, features a star-studded cast led by Ashley Moore from "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and Camren Bicondova from "Gotham." Set in a world where the original zombie attack is a morbid source of nostalgia, the film takes viewers on a hair-raising journey as a group of friends find themselves facing a new terror.

In this chilling tale, over 50 years have passed since the original zombie attack depicted in Night of the Living Dead. Ash, portrayed by Ashley Moore, is at a crossroads in her life, torn between leaving her old life behind to pursue college and staying with her current boyfriend and friends. When her boyfriend surprises her with tickets to the Festival of the Living Dead, Ash seizes the opportunity to enjoy one last adventure with her cherished friends.

Ash's closest companion, Iris, played by Camren Bicondova, has been aware of Ash's imminent departure for college. While their friendship is starting to drift apart, Iris selflessly agrees to look after Ash's younger brother, Luke, so that Ash can attend the festival without worry.

However, the Festival of the Living Dead takes an unexpected turn when a powerful blast of radioactive space dust engulfs the event. Ash and her friends find themselves in a fight for survival against the hordes of the living dead. Now, they must band together and defend themselves against the relentless zombie onslaught, or risk becoming their next gruesome meal.

"Festival of the Living Dead" boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Andre Anthony from "The Night Agent," Christian Rose, Shiloh O'Reilly, Gage Marsh from "You Me Her," Keana Lyn Bastidas from "The Hardy Boys," and Maia Jae Bastidas from "Rabbit Hole." The screenplay was penned by Helen Marsh and Miriam Lyapin, with Jacob Nasser serving as the producer.

Ashley Moore, known for her roles in "Tripped Up" and "I Know What You Did Last Summer," takes on the lead role of Ash. Camren Bicondova, recognized for her portrayal of Selina Kyle on "Gotham," delivers a compelling performance as Ash's loyal friend, Iris. The film is helmed by Canadian filmmakers Jen and Sylvia Soska, known for their works such as "American Mary" and "Rabid."

"Festival of the Living Dead" promises to deliver a nostalgic yet terrifying experience for horror enthusiasts. As the Festival is disrupted by an otherworldly disaster, Ash, Iris, and their friends must confront their fears and fight against the living dead. Prepare for a heart-pounding journey filled with suspense, intense action, and the thrill of survival.

Stay tuned for the release of this highly anticipated horror film on Tubi this fall, as Ashley Moore, Camren Bicondova, and the talented team of Jen and Sylvia Soska bring Night of the Living Dead's haunting legacy back to life with a fresh and spine-chilling twist.
