Percy Daggs IV And Jhaleil Swaby Join Cast Of ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping’

The Hunger Games universe is expanding with two new tributes! Percy Daggs IV and Jhaleil Swaby are the newest cast members to join the upcoming installment of the franchise, ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.’ Daggs will portray Ampert Latier, the son of Beetee, representing District 3, while Swaby takes on the role of Panache, a career tribute from District 1.

They join a star-studded cast that includes Kelvin Harrison Jr., Billy Porter, Whitney Peak, and more. 

The Hunger Games film series is adapted from Suzanne Collins’ bestselling dystopian novel series, set in the fictional nation of Panem, a society divided between a wealthy Capitol and 13 impoverished districts. Each year, one boy and one girl from each of the first 12 districts are selected by lottery to compete in The Hunger Games, a deadly, state-sponsored match designed to maintain control for the powerful.

‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’ will be released by Lionsgate on November 20, 2026.
