Watch: The Official Trailer For Netflix’s Rom-Com ‘The Perfect Find’ Starring Gabrielle Union

Netflix is bringing us another romantic comedy, this time it stars none other than Gabrielle Union and she's taking her talents to the upcoming film, The Perfect Find.

The Perfect Find is a romantic comedy that follows a 40-year-old woman, played by Union, who finds herself at a pivotal point in her life. Between her high-stakes career and her closing window on motherhood, she takes a risk on a top-secret affair with someone who has the power to destroy her comeback. Based on the novel by Tia Williams, this rom-com promises to be a must-watch.

Union won't be the only familiar face in the cast, either. Gina Torres and Keith Powers will join her in supporting roles, as well as La La Anthony, Aisha Hinds, DB Woodside, and Janet Hubert. The movie was filmed in Harlem and Manhattan in New York, as well as in Newark and Jersey City in New Jersey, and wrapped up production in August 2021.

After a high-profile firing, Jenna’s (Gabrielle Union) fashion career comeback hits a snag when she falls for a charming, much younger coworker (Keith Powers) — who happens to be her boss’s son. As sparks fly, Jenna must decide if she’ll risk it all on a secret romance. Based on the book by Tia Williams, The Perfect Find is directed by Numa Perrier and also stars Aisha Hinds, D.B. Woodside, Gina Torres and La La Anthony.

Viewers can expect it to drop at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET on June 23, 2023.
