Season 4 Of ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’ Premieres March 7 On Starz
Starz has announced March 7 as the official premiere date for Season 4 of Power Book III: Raising Kanan, with new episodes releasing on Fridays. Fans can also get a glimpse of what’s in store through recently unveiled first-look images (below).
This Power Universe prequel continues to delve into the origin story of Kanan Stark, exploring his transformation from a naïve teen to the ruthless villain portrayed by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson in the original series. Season 3 concluded with a dramatic clash between Kanan (Mekai Curtis) and his mother Raq (Patina Miller), leading to shocking deaths and the return of a beloved character.
Season 4 picks up with the Thomas family striving for a fresh start, but danger is far from over. Unique (Joey Bada$$), once presumed out of the picture, resurfaces with vengeance, threatening to unravel their lives. As chaos looms, the family must confront an undeniable truth: change is possible, but one's essence is unshakable. The season’s tension hinges on whether the Thomases embrace or reject this reality—where survival may depend on their choices.
The ensemble cast includes Pardison Fontaine as B-Rilla, Chris Redd as Early Tyler, Tony Danza as mobster Stefano Marchetti, Wendell Pierce and Erika Woods as Snaps and Pop, London Brown as Marvin Thomas, Malcolm Mays as Lou-Lou Thomas, and Hailey Kilgore as Jukebox.
Produced by Lionsgate Television for Starz, Power Book III: Raising Kanan is led by showrunner Sascha Penn and features executive producers Courtney A. Kemp (Power creator), Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Mark Canton, Chris Selak, and Kevin Fox. As the second installment in the Power Universe, the series continues to expand this beloved franchise's legacy.
