Fọlákẹ́ Olówófôyekù Signs With Anonymous Content

Fọlákẹ́ Olówófôyekù, known for her standout role in the CBS comedy Bob Hearts Abishola, has signed with Anonymous Content for representation across all areas.

Olówófôyekù starred in 95 episodes of Bob Hearts Abishola, earning an NAACP Image Award nomination for Actress in a Comedy Series and winning the 2019 Breakout Actress in TV Award at the Sync Con Honors Awards.

Growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, Olówófôyekù later moved to New York City to attend City College, graduating with honors in theater. She also played basketball for CCNY’s Beavers during her college years.

Her diverse film and TV credits include a recurring role on Transparent and guest spots on shows like The Gifted, Modern Family, How to Get Away with Murder, Westworld, and various Law & Order series. She has also received awards for her performances in When They Could Fly and Central & Broadway. As a voiceover artist, she voiced the Priestess in Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series – Episode 1.

Beyond acting, Olówófôyekù is pursuing a music career, focusing on DJing. She is self-taught on the electric guitar and holds a diploma in audio engineering from the Institute of Audio Research. She has released several singles, including “Happy, Happy (Money Dun Come),” “Melanin No Ni,” and her latest, “Ehen Ehen Okay Okay,” a protest song marking the second anniversary of the #EndSARS protests in Nigeria.
