The ‘Final Destination’ franchise keeps fans on edge with its gruesome portrayal of coincidences that spiral into inescapable, blood-soaked disasters. The franchise's latest installment, ‘Final Destination: Bloodlines,’ continues to portray fate’s relentless and unforgiving grip on our everyday lives, offering yet another terrifying chapter where unsuspecting individuals must confront inescapable chains of deadly events. The highly anticipated film features the late Tony Todd returning to the franchise, reprising his role as William Bludworth. Additional star features include Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Richard Harmon, Brec Bassinger, Teo Briones, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, and Anna Lore. 

‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’ is written by Guy Busick, Lori Evans Taylor, and Jon Watts, with Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein directing. Set to hit theaters on May 16, the film’s plot follows Stefanie (Kaitlyn Santa Juana) as she desperately searches for the one person who might break the deadly cycle that has claimed the lives of her family members. Fans can expect the franchise’s signature gory, suspenseful horror that has kept audiences on edge since its debut in 2000.

Before his passing in 2024, Tony Todd had dominated the horror film genre with a prolific career spanning decades. He played in four previous installments including Final Destination (2000), Final Destination 2 (2003), Final Destination 3 (2006), and Final Destination 5 (2011). Todd also starred in other notable horror films including Candyman (1992), The Crow (1994), Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh (1995), Wishmaster (1997), Shadow Builder (1998), Candyman 3: Day of the Dead (1999), Scarecrow Slayer (2003), The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (2006), Shadow: Dead Riot (2006), Nite Tales: The Movie (2008), Vampire in Vegas (2009), Disciples (2013), Scream at the Devil (2014), Frankenstein (2015), Zombies (2016), Death House (2017), West of Hell (2018), Tales from the Hood 3 (2020), Candyman (2021), The Changed (2021), and Hellblazers (2022) among others.

With its fresh take on bloody coincidences, the film is set to deliver another grisly installment that will leave audiences dreading every unexpected twist!
