Demetrius ‘Lil Meech’ Flenory Jr.

The Starz series BMF (Black Mafia Family) has taken the entertainment world by storm, and the young actor Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. is at the center of it all. Flenory has signed with M88 for management, marking a major milestone in his burgeoning career.

In the hit series, Flenory portrays his own father, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory Sr., who along with his brother, Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (played by Da’Vinchi), rose from the streets of Detroit in the late 1980s to become one of the most influential crime families in the United States. The show, executive produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, is heading into its third season.

Despite Flenory's intimate connection to the story, he only won the role after a highly competitive casting process, and more than a year spent in intensive acting training. This marks Flenory's acting debut, and he has already made a name for himself in the industry.

BMF's January renewal came after a successful Season 2 premiere, which brought in 4.1 million multiplatform viewers and was the most socially engaged drama across all networks, according to Starz. Flenory's success on the show is a testament to his talent and dedication to his craft.

In addition to BMF, Flenory has also appeared in the second season of HBO's Euphoria and starred in the Tim Sutton-directed feature Taurus, which premiered at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival before making its U.S. debut at Tribeca. Flenory is also represented by APA.

M88, founded in 2020 by former WME partner Phillip Sun and Macro founder and CEO Charles D. King, represents storytellers, actors, writers, and multi-hyphenates. Flenory joins a roster of recent signings that includes The Dropout director Erica Watson, Power Book II: Ghost star Woody McClain, and Wu-Tang: An American Saga star Siddiq Saunderson.

Flenory's success on BMF is just the beginning of what is sure to be a long and prosperous career. As he continues to hone his craft and take on new roles, he is sure to cement his place as one of the most talented actors of his generation.
